Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $99 (contiguous 48 states). For orders under $99, standard shipping is a flat $9.95 (up to 8 lb). Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are charged at carrier-calculated rates, and free shipping does not apply there.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after shipment.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or I changed my mind?
A: Please email us at hello@thismomento.com with your order number and photos if applicable, and we'll help with a return, exchange, or replacement.

Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes. We source directly from the brands and their authorized distributors — including Holztiger, Grapat, Bumbu Toys, Moon Picnic, Hegen, and Grosmimi.
Q: What ages are the toys suitable for?
A: It varies by product — please check the recommended age on each product page. Most of our wooden toys are suitable for ages 3+, and our baby feeding products are designed for newborns and up.
Q: How do I care for wooden toys?
A: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Avoid soaking wooden toys in water. An occasional rub with beeswax polish or food-safe oil keeps the wood nourished.
About Crayons
Q: Why do crayons sometimes have lines, marks, or small scratches on the surface?
A: This is a common characteristic of crayons made with natural wax and molding techniques. During production, slight surface lines, mold marks, or color variations may appear. These are normal results of the manufacturing process and do not affect the safety, quality, or use of the crayons.
About Bumbu Toys
Q: Do Bumbu toys come with original packaging?
A: For smaller Bumbu toys, original boxes are usually not provided by the brand. In these cases, we carefully package the items using our own protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
For larger items or complete sets, Bumbu Toys does provide original packaging, and those items will be shipped with the brand's packaging included.

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Q: An item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
A: Many of our brands restock seasonally. Click the "Notify me when available" button on the product page and we'll email you as soon as it's back — or contact us and we'll check for you.
