Shipping Policy
At This Momento, we now offer free shipping for all orders over $125 within the contiguous U.S. states.
For orders under $125 or shipping to areas outside the contiguous U.S. (such as Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories), additional shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Processing:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Local Pick-Up:
We continue to offer scheduled local pick-up for all orders at no additional charge. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with instructions for scheduling your pick-up time.

Pick-Up Schedule: Pick-up is available by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time for your pick-up during the following hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up your items. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, kindly inform us in advance.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for orders under $125 will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $125 to the contiguous U.S. states. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, extra shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@thismomento.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and work toward a satisfactory solution.
